OUR JIU JITSU CLASSES CATER TO ALL LEVELS, FROM BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED STUDENTS, OFFERING A SOLID FOUNDATION, SKILL ADVANCEMENT, AND TECHNIQUE REFINEMENT. WITH HIGH TEMPO AND PHYSICAL INTENSITY, OUR CLASSES PROVIDE EXCELLENT CARDIO WORKOUTS, AID IN WEIGHT LOSS, AND PROMOTE OVERALL HEALTH. PROGRAMS ARE DIVIDED INTO THREE CATEGORY

THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FOCUS ON THE CORE JIU-JITSU MOVEMENTS, CONCEPTS, AND TECHNIQUES. THIS PROGRAM ALSO EMPHASIZES SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES THAT CAN BE USED IN EVERYDAY SITUATIONS. CONTROLLED AND SAFE POSITIONAL SPARRING IS USED IN THIS CLASS.

AFTER DEVELOPING STRONG FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS, STUDENTS ARE WELCOMED INTO THE INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON COMBINING TRANSITIONS AND SUBMISSION FINISHES. STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO FURTHER IMPROVE THEIR OVERALL JIU-JITSU KNOWLEDGE WHILE RECEIVING AN INTRODUCTION TO MORE ADVANCED JIU-JITSU TECHNIQUES. SPECIFIC TRAINING AND LIVE SPARRING ARE USED IN THIS CLASS. 

THE ADVANCED PROGRAM WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO EXPLORE IN-DEPTH THE ART OF JIU-JITSU. THIS NEXT LEVEL ALLOWS THEM TO LEARN ADVANCED TECHNIQUES AND HONE THEIR SKILLS THROUGH COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTION. INSTRUCTION IN THIS ADVANCED PROGRAM WILL BE EXTENSIVE AND COVER SITUATIONAL EVENTS THAT OCCUR DURING COMPETITIVE MATCHES. WE SPECIALIZE IN DEVELOPING STRATEGIES THAT WILL HELP ATHLETES BE CONFIDENT AND READY IN COMPETITION SETTINGS.
