    THE BEST STYLE DEPENDS ON YOUR GOALS AND PREFERENCES. WE OFFER JIU JITSU, KICKBOXING, CARDIO FITNESS KICKBOXING, MUAY THAI, AND PERSONAL ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING. TRY DIFFERENT CLASSES TO FIND THE ONE THAT SUITS YOU BEST.

  • DO I NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO START?

    NO, 99% OF NEW MEMBERS HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE. WE WELCOME BEGINNERS OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND AGES. INSTRUCTORS ARE TRAINED TO ADAPT TRAINING TO EACH INDIVIDUAL'S CAPABILITIES. 


    FOR ALL OUR MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAMS, WE HAVE FUNDAMENTAL CLASSES TAILORED TO THEM.

  • DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT DURING MY TRIAL PERIOD?

    DURING YOUR TRIAL PERIOD, PARTICIPANTS IN GI OR NOGI JIU JITSU WILL RECEIVE A PROVIDED UNIFORM.  FOR THOSE IN KICKBOXING, MUAY THAI, OR CARDIO FITNESS KICKBOXING, GLOVES WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED.

  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY FIRST CLASS?

    YOUR FIRST CLASS WILL LIKELY INCLUDE A WARM-UP, BASIC TECHNIQUES, AND POSSIBLY SOME PARTNER DRILLS OR INTRODUCTORY SPARRING, DEPENDING ON THE STYLE OF MARTIAL ARTS. INSTRUCTORS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH EACH STEP.

  • DO YOU HAVE ALL WOMEN CLASS?

    WE CURRENTLY OFFER A WOMEN'S JIU JITSU CLASS ON WEDNESDAYS. FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK, WE HOLD CO-ED CLASSES. 


    AS OUR MEMBERSHIP GROWS, WE PLAN TO EXPAND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN-ONLY CLASSES TO ACCOMMODATE DEMAND.

  • WILL I HAVE TO SPAR OR COMPETE?

    PARTICIPATION IN SPARRING OR COMPETITION IS USUALLY OPTIONAL AND DEPENDS ON YOUR PERSONAL GOALS. MANY PEOPLE PRACTICE MARTIAL ARTS SOLELY FOR FITNESS, SELF-DEFENSE, OR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.


  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND CLASSES TO SEE PROGRESS?

    PROGRESS VARIES BY INDIVIDUAL, BUT ATTENDING CLASSES REGULARLY (USUALLY 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK) IS RECOMMENDED TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND SEE IMPROVEMENT IN FITNESS AND TECHNIQUE.
